Mr.Girish Mehta
Mr. Girish Mehta brings over three decades of deep industrial experience spanning automotive ancillaries, furniture manufacturing, and metal fabrication industries.
He began his professional career in 1990 with globally renowned auto-ancillary organizations, where he worked extensively in design, product development, application engineering, and technical marketing. This early exposure helped him develop a strong understanding of structured manufacturing systems, quality standards, and industrial processes.
Since 2007, he has been instrumental in establishing and successfully leading two furniture and metal-working manufacturing establishments, taking them from conceptual factory setup to stable and efficient production units. His expertise includes:
- Factory process design & production workflow structuring
- Wood management and kiln seasoning standards
- Machine selection and production layout planning
- Product development and manufacturing techniques
- Quality systems and manufacturing standardization
- Cost optimization and operational efficiency
- Leadership-driven factory structuring and team development.
His vision is to help Indian furniture manufacturing reach global production and quality standards.
Mr. Gouri Shanker Kumawat
Mr. G. S. Kumawat (B.Tech Mechanical – Honours) brings over 10 years of rich hands-on factory floor experience in industrial sourcing, manufacturing systems, compliance management, and factory operations across furniture and allied manufacturing industries.
He has extensive expertise in global sourcing of technical and non-technical materials, industrial machinery, spare parts, and stone/marble for furniture and interior manufacturing applications.
His practical experience spans across upholstery, fabrication, wood manufacturing processes, costing systems, quality control, inventory management, maintenance planning, and factory process optimization through structured SOP implementation.
He possesses strong working knowledge of upholstery construction standards, testing requirements, and international safety norms including US TB117 and UK BS5852, along with a solid understanding of Indian Standards (IS), BIS compliance, import–export regulations, and government regulatory liaisoning.
He also has exposure to key international compliance frameworks including FSC, EUDR, BCI, SEDEX, and CTPAT, ensuring manufacturing units remain globally aligned, audit-ready, and capable of meeting international buyer expectations.
